Mr. Gary is a also currently a professional American football player who plays Edge Rusher for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League (NFL) wearing #52. He is A Plainfield, New Jersey native. He was the No.1 high school recruit in 2016, & tied as the highest rated recruit all- time nationally and for the University of Michigan. Mr. Gary was drafted by the Packers as the 12th pick overall in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft.

Rashan created & protected his Intellectual Property while at the University of Michigan including his RG branded logo. He is Dyslexic & an ambassador for Dyslexia for prominent organizations such as Made By Dyslexia. In May 2022 the Green Bay Packers picked up Rashan’s 5th year team option for $10.9 Million. On October 30, 2023 Rashan signed a 4 year extension with the Green Bay Packers for $107. 5 Million. At time of signing is the highest contract for defensive player in the history of the Green Bay Packers & Michigan Wolverines represented by his company RG Sports. The first of it’s kind entering the professional ranks in Sports Business history.

A native of Long Island NY, Mr. Green is a Business Executive with over 20 years experience providing service, supports, consulting, management & onboarding creation, & implementation in various sectors that include Personal, Business, Athletic, Professional, Brand, &Workforce Development. Also a Creative Strategist in Risk Management, Financial Planning, Sports Business, Marketing, Event Planning, Public Relations, Media Relations Negotiations, Contract Review. Transition Planning. Has served as a representative, representation for individuals as well as in For-Profit & Non Profit organizations.
Mr. Green is a talent evaluator, advocate and Pioneer of what is currently referred to as NIL. He also created & owns a cloud based Development Digital Academy Accelerator & curriculum that includes AI Technology to accelerate clients Personal, Athletic Business, Professional Development.
As COO of RG Sports Mr. Green meets with and reports to the CEO about the company’s daily operation of RG Sports including the clients, partners and service providers he oversees. Also meets with and take directives from CEO on plans for any upcoming adjustments or developments to RG Sports strategy and objectives.
Ensuring implementation & execution & communication to him regarding supports identified & strategies created by the CEO and other senior executives.
